- ✅ Minimum Age / न्यूनतम आयु: 18 Years
- ✅ Maximum Age / अधिकतम आयु: 64 Years

📌 Domicile & Other Eligibility / मूल निवास एवं अन्य पात्रता
- ✅ Domicile / मूल निवास: Candidate must be a local resident of Chhattisgarh. A valid domicile certificate from a competent authority is mandatory at the time of document verification.
- ✅ Experience / अनुभव: Only experience from government, semi-government, or government-funded institutions will be considered valid. Experience must be relevant to the applied post.
- ✅ Bonus Marks / बोनस अंक: Temporary health workers who served in Chhattisgarh government health institutions for at least 6 months during the COVID-19 pandemic will receive 10 bonus marks for Group 3 & 4 posts.
- ✅ NOC / अनापत्ति प्रमाण पत्र: Candidates currently working in any government/semi-government/private institution must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer.
✅ Selection Process / चयन प्रक्रिया
The final selection will be based on the following criteria:
- 1. Academic Qualification (शैक्षणिक योग्यता): 65% weightage (60% for ANM/GNM trained Mitanins)
- 2. Experience (अनुभव):
- NHM employees: 3 marks per year (Max 15 marks / 5 years)
- Other candidates: 2 marks per year (Max 10 marks / 5 years)
- ANM/GNM trained Mitanins: 4 marks per year (Max 20 marks / 5 years)
- 3. Written / Skill Test (लिखित / कौशल परीक्षा): 20 marks
- 4. Minimum Qualifying Marks:
- General / OBC: 30% in written exam
- SC / ST / PwBD: 20% in written exam

Candidates must bring the following documents in original along with one self-attested copy at the time of Walk-in:
- 8th Marksheet (for Class-IV posts & DOB proof) / 8वीं की अंकसूची

- 12th Marksheet (if applicable) / 12वीं की अंकसूची
- All year marksheets of the prescribed minimum educational qualification / निर्धारित शैक्षणिक योग्यता के सभी वर्षों की अंकसूची
- Desirable qualification marksheets (if applicable) / वांछनीय योग्यता की अंकसूची
- CG Council Registration Certificate (for applicable posts) / छ.ग. काउंसिल का जीवित पंजीयन प्रमाण पत्र
- Permanent Disability Certificate (if applicable) from District Medical Board / जिला मेडिकल बोर्ड द्वारा जारी स्थायी दिव्यांगता प्रमाण पत्र
- Valid Caste Certificate (if applicable) / सक्षम अधिकारी द्वारा वैध जाति प्रमाण पत्र
- Chhattisgarh Domicile Certificate / छ.ग. राज्य का स्थानीय निवासी प्रमाण पत्र
- Experience Certificate (if any) – must clearly mention duration / अनुभव प्रमाण पत्र
- Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar, Driving License, Voter ID, Passport, PAN Card) / पहचान पत्र
- Demand Draft for application fee / आवेदन शुल्क का डिमांड ड्राफ्ट
⚠️ Note / नोट: Experience certificate must contain the issuing authority's valid email ID and phone number. Appointment order and salary details must also be attached.

- ✅ Contract Period: From the date of appointment to 31 March 2027
- ✅ Renewal: Subject to annual performance evaluation
- ✅ Salary: Fixed lump-sum per month as per ROP provisions – no additional allowances
- ✅ Tenure: Contract may be extended or terminated based on performance and requirements
