has released a recruitment notification for the posts of Assistant Grade-3 and
Process Registrar under the LAG26 examination.

📌 How to Apply Online / ऑनलाइन आवेदन कैसे करें?
- Visit the official CGSSB website: vyapamcg.cgstate.gov.in or cgssb.cgstate.gov.in
- Profile Registration (पंजीकरण): First, complete your profile registration. Once done, personal details will auto-fill in future applications.
- Upload your recent front-facing photograph (light background) in .jpg/.jpeg format – size between 50 KB to 100 KB.
- Upload your signature image (scanned copy).
- Fill the online application form carefully – no changes will be entertained by CGSSB after submission.
- Pay the prescribed examination fee through online payment mode.
- After successful fee payment, click on "SUBMIT" button to complete the application.
- Take a printout of the submitted application form and keep it safely for future reference.

- The admit card will be available on the CGSSB website – no hard copy will be sent by post.
- Download the admit card from your profile on the portal.
- Print all pages of the admit card on one side of the paper.
- Keep the admit card safely – it may be required at the time of document verification and joining.
- Carry a valid original photo ID proof (Voter ID / Driving License / PAN Card / Aadhaar Card) along with the admit card.
⚠️ Exam Day Guidelines / परीक्षा दिवस निर्देश
- 🚫 Do not wear black, dark blue, dark green, purple, dark chocolate coloured clothes.
- ✅ Wear light-coloured half-sleeve clothes and slippers/chappals only.
- 🚫 No jewellery in ears.
- 🚫 Banned items: Communication devices, electronic gadgets, watches, purse, pouch, scale, belt, cap, etc.
- ✅ Report 2 hours before the exam start time (by 8:00 AM).
- ✅ Main gate closes 30 minutes before the exam – 9:30 AM sharp.
- 🚫 No entry after 9:30 AM.
- 🚫 No leaving the exam hall during the first 30 minutes and last 30 minutes of the exam.
- ✅ Candidates with religious/cultural dress must report earlier for additional security checks.

- Three identical bar code stickers are attached to the front page of the question paper.
- Stick one barcode sticker on the OMR sheet, one on the question paper, and one on the attendance sheet at the designated places.
- Use black or blue dot pen to completely fill the circle on the OMR sheet.
- Mark only one option per question.
- Multiple answers will be treated as incorrect and negative marking will apply.

- If you have any objection to the model answer key released by CGSSB, you can file an objection online within the stipulated time.
- Fee: ₹50 per question (online payment) – mandatory.

- The decision of the subject experts will be final and binding.
- No re-claim/objection will be entertained after the final answer key is released.
